HVAC Tune-Up & Safety Inspection
- Clean condenser coil & drains
- inspect evaporator could & filters
- Check electrical connections for safety purposes
- Test for proper amperage and voltage
- Check temperature differential to determine refrigerant level
- Ensure your thermostat is calibrated for comfort
- Test system performance for optimal cooler/heating
- If system has gas heat we:
- Check the heat exchanger for rust/cracks
- Test for carbon monoxide build-up
- Clean the burners (for winter season)
- Check for gas leaks
Tankless Flush Safety Inspection
- Shut the water valves off, remove the purge port valve caps, and hook hoses to the system
- We use 4-5 gallons of cleaning solution to purge the system
- Once the flushing is complete, we hook everything back up
- Get air out of lines
Generic Maintenance
- Change oil filter & air filter
- Change the oil & spark plugs
- Check battery for proper voltage
- If needed: Replace Battery
Gas Log Services
- Gas log services & Cleaning: they use a drop cloth so there is no mess
- Check exterior for debris & potential safety hazards
- Check & clean pilot assembly & interior ignitor
- Check the burner for cracks
- Check the valves, ports and vents for proper working order
- Check for correct heat output
- Change batteries in remote and receiver
